I am a 64 years old b.p.patient since last 14 years. My b.p.was more or less under control with medicine but since last 2-3 years the upper limit is always beyond 150 sometimes reaching 170-180 also though the lower limit has been between 70-80 but now for the last 3-4 months the lower is also beyond 95. I've been taking cortel h 40. Kindly advice.
